Crew & Sub-Portal Terms

Version 2026-05-10 · v1.0 · For technicians, employees, and sub-contractors invited by a Provider.

✓ v1.0 · effective 2026-05-10 · reviewed by counsel. Operating entity: Plantburgh®, a Pennsylvania limited liability company (parent of Plantburgh Products).

1. Who You Are

You are a Crew Member — an employee, contractor, sub-contractor, or other authorized user — invited by a Provider to access the Plantburgh Portal sub-portal to perform work assigned to you, log job time, capture photos, and communicate with the Provider and Provider Clients on the Provider's behalf.

2. Your Relationship

Your employment or contractor relationship is between you and the Provider, not Plantburgh. Plantburgh is the technology operator; the Provider is your employer or hiring party. Wages, scheduling, classification (employee vs. contractor), benefits, and worksite conditions are the Provider's responsibility.

3. Account Use

  • You may use the sub-portal only for the work the Provider has assigned to you.
  • Keep your login credentials private. Notify the Provider of unauthorized access.
  • Photos, notes, time logs, and other data you submit are the Provider's records.
  • Do not access Provider Clients or Provider data outside the scope of your assigned work.

4. Location & Device Data

Where the Provider has enabled location tracking, route optimization, or device-based check-in features, your location and device telemetry may be collected during work hours. The Provider is the data controller for this information. Out-of-shift tracking should not occur. Notify the Provider if you suspect tracking outside your scheduled work.

5. Photos & Client Property

Before-and-after photos, damage documentation, and other media you capture in the sub-portal are operational records of the Provider. Do not post these externally. Respect Client privacy — do not photograph identifiable Clients or Client property beyond what is necessary for documentation.

6. Communication with Provider Clients

If you message Provider Clients via the sub-portal, you are doing so on the Provider's behalf and under the Provider's brand. Maintain professional standards. Harassment, discrimination, or off-policy communication may result in account suspension and termination of your relationship with the Provider.

7. Termination

The Provider may revoke your sub-portal access at any time, with or without notice. Plantburgh may suspend access for breach of these Crew Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or platform security policies.

8. Privacy

Your personal data (name, email, login records, location while on shift, photos you submit) is processed by Plantburgh on the Provider's behalf. Direct privacy requests to the Provider first. See the Privacy Policy.

9. No Warranty

The sub-portal is provided "as is." Plantburgh disclaims warranties.

10. Contact

Work-related concerns: your Provider. Platform-level concerns: legal@plantburgh.com.
