Do not use the Service to commit or facilitate illegal activity, including fraud, theft, harassment, stalking, money laundering, or violation of consumer-protection laws.
No harassment, discrimination, threatening communication, or abusive language in messages, AI prompts, or widget chats — whether targeting Plantburgh staff, other Providers, Provider Clients, or Crew Members.
Do not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk emails, SMS, or AI-generated outbound messages. Provider must have lawful basis (existing customer relationship, opt-in consent, or other lawful basis) for every recipient.
Outside of Agency- and Enterprise-tier white-label permissions, you may not resell, sublicense, or operate the Service as a service bureau for unrelated third parties.
Do not store protected health information (PHI) in the Service without first executing a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with Plantburgh. The Service is not HIPAA-compliant by default.
Do not use Stripe Connect via the Service to process payments for goods or services that are illegal in the jurisdiction of the Provider, the Provider Client, or the United States, or for any goods or services prohibited by Stripe's restricted-business list.
Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or proprietary algorithms of the Service, except as expressly permitted by law.
Use the Service consistent with normal business operations for your tier. Patterns that suggest automated abuse (excessive API calls, unbounded AI message generation, mass widget chat invocation) may trigger rate limiting or suspension. Tier caps and platform-wide spend ceilings apply.
Do not introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access to other tenants' data, exploit vulnerabilities for purposes other than coordinated disclosure, or interfere with Service availability.
Report suspected violations to abuse@plantburgh.com. Plantburgh investigates reports and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Policy.
Plantburgh may, at its discretion: (a) issue a warning, (b) require remediation, (c) suspend access, (d) terminate the account, (e) report to law enforcement where required by law. Repeated or severe violations result in termination without refund.
